Her commitment stems from her own journey: Tanya bought her first home at 21, lost it during a divorce, and through determination and resilience got back on track within a year. After overcoming a second divorce, she achieved another major milestone: purchasing a home entirely on her own.

As a single mom and entrepreneur, Tanya is driven by a mission to help others rebuild, grow, and thrive. She specializes in working with military families, first-time buyers, and individuals navigating divorce. Having been married to a Marine, Tanya saw firsthand how many veterans and active-duty service members aren’t fully informed about their VA home loan benefits—an issue that fuels her dedication to education and outreach.

Beyond real estate, Tanya owns Thrive Community Fitness in Maple Valley, where she leads community impact efforts through local partnerships and charitable initiatives. Her involvement extends to the Maple Valley Veterans Memorial, local food banks, Toys for Tots, and the Navy League of the United States (local chapter), where she serves on the board focusing on legislative affairs for real estate and small business.

Tanya believes in giving back because community is at the heart of everything she does. Her unique ability to blend her passions—real estate, service, and health—allows her to serve people not just during a real estate transaction, but through every chapter of life.
