The house we ended up buying we were in a bidding war as well. With his knowledge and connections and advice he was able to negotiate us to win the bid of about 6 bidders without being the highest bidder and keep one of our important contingencies.I only wish we started out with him and his team originally!!

After a rough start for a search for the perfect home we were given Cory’s name. What a night a day different from our last realtor. We called around 10am on a Sunday for a viewing on a house and he had us our touring it by noon. He’s very informative and does his homework on the property before viewing it with you.
